- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center - Atlantic (SSC-LANT), Charleston, SC intends to increase the ceiling of contract N65236-10-C-3101 with First Databank, Inc. (FDB) by $1,143,678. This contract provides for software upgrades and technical assistance for First Databank, Inc. (FDB) National Drug Data File (NDDF), Enhanced Package; FRAMEWORK, COM; Enhanced Data Bundle software (s/w); database (d/b); and middleware licenses for program-specific modules to support the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application CHCS Critical Fixes (referred to as ACCFS); Pharmacy Ops and Theatre Medical Information Program Joint (TMIP-J) under the cognizance of the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS). The ceiling increase will provide for the continuation of uninterrupted services. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract ceiling increase based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
