- Foam Layout 9/6/2012 Questions: 1. Is there a First Article Required for the Fit test prior to production? Answer: Yes there is a first article required prior to production. 2. Are we correct to say that 591 cases are due within 2 months of award from 31 Oct to 31 Dec 2012.? Answer: The Government prefers the cases to be delivered on an incremental basis. Preferably approx. 50 cases every 7 days. Please cross out the delivery dates in the solicitation and propose you best case scenario. 3. In the solicitation there is an ID plate called for but there is no direction as to the required information that must be placed on that ID plate. Can you please advise as to what text will be required on the ID Plate? Answer: Disregard this the illustration and TO should not have been posted. Please see the rough drawings provided. The ID Plate is not part of this order. Note: The Cable Specifications are not apart of this Solicitation. Please refer only to the Purchase Specification GD8000 Tansit Cases. Doc
