Description

Special Notice: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity-8, in support of James A Haley Veterans Medical Center 13000 Bruce B Downs Tampa Florida 33612 intends to negotiate a non competitive award under Request for Quotation number VA248-12-Q-2805, with JPL & ASSOCIATES LLC an SDVOSB concern. This procurement is a sole source award pursuant to authority of sections 502 and 503 of Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 (38 U.S.C. Â §8127 (b). This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 442110 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. Title of Project: 673-12-3-055-0165 Estimated amount $44,709.14 Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. This furniture package consists of 108 G&T Industries Combination Patient Communication Board/Patient Magnetic Display board for the James A. Haley Veterans hospital Community Living Center. P.O.C.
