See 8 •8. 8) Total number of Sours and displays per room? Bloomington, MN Small Conference Room - 11'x18' Ceiling 8.5' - 9' Install new HDX7000 Install new Polycom ceiling microphone (white) Install new shelf for camera Install new shelf for codec Install new cantilever wall mount for TV. TV would be mounted on side wall near corner of front wall, and stored against wall when not in use. We need to know the room dimensions, furniture layout, etc. Is a site visit going to be scheduled for the two installation sites? NO 2) Define how the rooms will function: video conference only, audio conference, local presentation, content sources? Video/auio conference. Local presentation. Content source would be user laptop. 3) Document describes monitors and projectors in each room. Define how the displays are to be used: dual single displays (same image on both, simultaneously), dual display (people on one, content on another) Dual display (people on one, content or another) 4) Define audio support: local speakers, amps, volume control: NONE 5) Is the OFE equipment fully functional and covered by manufacturer's warranty? Codecs YES, tv's/projectors NO 6) Are there line drawings/Floor Plans available that were used in developing the equipment lists? No. Room dimensions; see answer to question 8 above.
