- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to solicit a quote and enter into a contract with Aware Digital, Incorporated. The NAICS code for this action is 334310. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. INSCOM requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. A Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at https://www.dnb.com/product/eupdate/requestOptions.html or by phone at (800) 333-0505. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received within three days of this posting. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement.
