- This is a pre-solicitation notice for FY13 in which the U S Naval Hospital, Guam is soliciting for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Preventive Maintenance Service type contract for four (4) Government Owned Equipment, Sterrad 100S/Sterrad NX located in the operation room to include spare parts, and pm kits. All models and serial numbers will be cited on the solicitation copy. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR PART 12 and FAR PART 13. This is a SET-ASIDE requirement for Small Business ONLY. Absolutely NO partial bidding accepted. MUST BE ALL or NONE. Responsible sources must be registered and active in SAM (System Award Management), web address: www.sam.gov. Must have DUNs Number, Cage Code, and Tax ID. Must have capability to utilize the Wide-Area-Work Flow (WAWF) as method of payment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Size Standard $7.0 Million is applicable to this requirement.
