- Solicitation with SOR. THIS IS THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION. The 42d Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, is issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a requirement to purchase roll microfilm scanners for the Air Force Historical Research Agency at Maxwell AFB, AL. Due date for receipt of proposals will be 18 September 2012. This is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 333315 and the small business size standard is 500. Paper copies of the RFP will not be available; you may download the RFP and submit your proposal as required. This will be the only RFP issued for this requirement. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All offerors responding to the RFP must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.sam.gov, the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database at http://www.wawf.eb.mil and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov.
