Description: NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to issue one or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Land Conservation Services at Tinker AFB IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The estimated period of performance for the BPA is 20 September 2012 through 19 September 2017. Registration in System for Award Management (SAM) is required to be eligible for an agreement.
