- This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled 'SAFETY AND MISSION ASSURANCE ENGINEERING CONTRACT' which was posted on August 28, 2012. You are notified that the following changes are made: (1) The SMAEC Cost and Pricing WebEx will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. CDT. Please contact Scott Stephens at Scott.Stephens-1@nasa.gov to RSVP and request WebEx and audio conference log-in instructions no later than Friday, September 14, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. CDT. A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge your reservation and provide further instructions to join the WebEx. RSVP email responses shall include the following information: A) Subject line: 'SMAEC Cost and Pricing WebEx RSVP' B) Name and address of company C) Point of contact's name, telephone number, and e-mail address D) Whether or not you would like your company to be added to the SMAEC Interested Parties List (if you are not already included) (2) The slides that will be presented at the SMAEC Preproposal Conference have been posted to the SMAEC website. (3) The answers to the questions included in the Government Property section of the SMAEC Preproposal Conference presentation have been posted to the SMAEC website. Please see the document titled 'SMAEC Preproposal Conference Property Q&As.' (4) A PowerPoint presentation outlining the information that will be presented during the site tours has been posted to the SMAEC website. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/JSC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=73 All updates can be viewed on the SMAEC Procurement website located at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/smaec/. The data contained in the SMAEC Procurement website is constantly being updated and refined. Please check the SMAEC website periodically for updates, which are detailed in the Current News and Events Section located at the bottom of the SMAEC home page. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
