- Description
- The U.S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office anticipates contracting with Hoffman Engineering Corporation, 8 Riverbend Drive - PO Box 4430, Stamford, CT 06907-0430 for Crew Chief Radar Altimeter, Hoffman Engineering Part Number 723-1271-001. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.1. Firms that recognize and can provide the supplies are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal; however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203 (a). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 336412.
