- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. R-W91249-12-T-0042 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 17 September 2012, 1:00 P.M. eastern daylight time. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 711130, size std $7M. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. Only qualified offerors may submit quotes.
