Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility will be soliciting Electric Boat Corporation and Huntington Ingalls Inc “ Newport News Shipbuilding based on Basic Ordering Agreements N00024-10-G-4304 and N00024-10-G-4305. Contractor shall provide Outside Machinist support services to install steering and diving system components and associated hardware; repair main and auxiliary machinery; proof and hydrostatically leak test components; remove deteriorated gaskets and seals, clean surfaces, and replace as required; accomplish work on major propulsion, auxiliary, and weapons systems; and accomplish the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of valves, pumps, steering and diving components, hydraulic power plants, torpedo systems, vertical launch systems, and main ballast tanks. Period of Performance is 09/24/12 to 12/21/12.
