Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk Contracting Division intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis with AJT Equipment USA Inc. for one AJT Equipment Model 25K Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This requirement also includes installation assistance and calibration. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333298, All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Quotes are due by 3:00 p.m., 17 September 2012 and can be faxed to the attention of Bonnie Parker at fax number 757-396-9895 or emailed to her at bonnie.parker@dla.mil. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
