Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office-8, in support of James A Haley Veterans Medical Center 13000 Bruce B Downs Tampa Florida 33612 intends to negotiate a noncompetitive award under Request for Quotation number VA248-12-Q-2935, with Executive Information Systems LLC, a small business to provide SAS software maintenance upgrades and support. This procurement is a sole source award pursuant to authority of sections 502 and 503 of Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 (38 U.S.C. §8127 (b). This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation. The NAICS code is assigned to this acquisition is 334111 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish SAS Analytics Pro software maintenance upgrades and support. The contract performance period consists of: Base year 15 September 2012 thru 14 September 2013 and Option year 15 September 2013 thru 14 September 2014 these dates may be adjusted based upon actual date of award.
