Description

The radius has increased to 15 miles from 1390 Simonpietri Drive Newport, RI 02841. The dates have also been updated to reflect a reoccurring lodging event from October 2012 to September 2013. These dates are "SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS" CONTINGENT UPON FISCAL YEAR 2013. If you are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) site YOUR QUOTE WILL BE FOUND UNACCEPTABLE!!! https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Please fill out the attached CONFORMED SOLICITATION. Per the solicitation, and the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS) subpart 232.70 - Electronic Submission and Processing of Payment Requests, the utilization of WIDE AREA WORK FLOW (WAWF) SHALL BE USED FOR PAYMENT. The solicitation is being re-solicited till 14 September 2012 at 1100EST. All other proposals received after 1100EST will be deemed late.
