Solicitation Number: N6328512SU01185 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: Added: September 12, 2012 Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to PEARSON located at 5601 Green Valley Drive Bloomington, Minnesota 55437-1099 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The agencies requirement is for the purchase of PEARSON CLINICAL, Inc. The proposed acquisition is to procure Manuals, User ™s Guide, Answer Sheets, PDS Test Booklets, Mail-In Interpretive Reports and Kits, Answer Keys, and Scales Hand-Scoring Profile Forms. This information is used to support the profiles necessary to determine if individuals can be used base on the type of support specific to NCIS requirements. PEARSON CLINICAL is the sole provider of specific test used by NCIS. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
