Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with in accordance with FAR to MEXTREX VALUE CORP 505 S. Vermont Ave, Glondora, CA 91741. The proposed contract is to procure the following items: REBUILD OF A CONDENSER WATER CONTROL VALUE (NIIN 01-468-9579) The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses are due by Friday, September 21, 2011 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time), via email juana.perez@navy.mil. See Note 22
