Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a contract for 2 Ceiling Mounted Contrast Injectors with installation for the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts: 12, 13, 15, 19. Contract is firm fixed price and the corresponding NAICS Code is 423450. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. In accordance with VAAR Clause 852.211.73 this is a brand name or equal requirement. Please see attached RFQ document for requirements. Offerors are to complete the attached RFQ document as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation which details product specifications. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Offerors must have current registration with www.sam.gov to provide quote. Quotes are due no later than 11:00 AM CST, September 20, 2102.
