- Statement of Work (SOW) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is Unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 541990, Size Standard $14.0 Million. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD2208A01 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, effective 13 September 2012. The Government intends to award one contract for two (2) contract line item number (CLIN) as follows: CLIN 0001: Custom 48"x48" Calibrated Spectralon Reflectance Target as defined in attached Statement of Work. Except for awards where the Govemmentwide purchase card (GPC) is used as the method of payment, contracting officers shall include the attached clause 52.204-99, System for Award Management Registration, in lieu of FAR clause 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration, and DF ARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, Central Contractor Registration. FAR 52.252-6, Authorized Deviations in Clauses. As prescribed in 52.107(f), insert the following clause in solicitations and contracts that include any FAR or supplemental clause with an authorized deviation. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. In accordance with FAR 52.211-6(b), offers of "equal" products must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation; Clearly identify the item by brand name, if any, and make or model number; Include descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data; and Clearly describe any modification the offeror plans to make in a product to make it conform to the solicitation requirements.
