- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide janitorial services at the Georgetown Lake Office. The number of facility items requiring cleaning and frequencies for all required janitorial services are provided in the Special Conditions and Tabulation of Facility Items. The term Contracting Officer is defined as the person executing this contract on behalf of the Government. The term Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) is defined as the person authorized in writing as the representative of the Contracting Officer, acting within the limits of their designated authority.
