- Combined Synopsis Solicitation Adobe CS6 Software Upgrade This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This acquisition is a Full and Open Acquisition. The applicable NAICS code is 511210 This acquisition is being solicited on a Brand Name Basis in order to maintain system continuity. The resulting contract will be awarded on an all or none basis to a single contractor. The contractor's proposal must include all items listed for each CLIN and period of performance. This acquisition is being solicited as FOB Destination.
