The agencies requirement is for the purchase of MS Enterprise Agreement Project Pro. The proposed acquisition is to procure MS Enterprise Agreement Project Pro. DoN to purchase enterprise licenses through BPA contract with Softsource to purchase for NCIS-ITCSU BPA M67854-12-A-4701. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
