- J&A for 12-31890 This requirement is for the repair of Spectrometer(s). NSN 6650-01-415-1767N; PN: OIL-M/N-W. Qty: 35 ea (Air Force: 32 and Army: 3). Destination: CONUS/OCONUS locations. Delivery schedule: IAW PWS. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To request a copy of this solicitation, go to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 29 July 2011 with approximate response date of 15 August 2011. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Spectro Inc. Authority of 6.302-2, Justification: Unusual and Compelling Urgency. NO Technical Data available. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in the RFP.
