- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-60. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423690 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 500 employees. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(c). The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for the purchase and delivery of Motorola XTS 5000 Land Mobile Radios (LMR). Please refer to the specifications listed below for the equipment needed. 0001: Motorola Portable Astro Digital XTS 5000 136 Land Mobile Radio, PN: H18KEF9PW6 N, equipped with the following options: Software Astro Digital, PN: Q806; Smartzone Software, PN: H38; ALT: Battery Impress HIMH FM Rugged, PN: Q393RUGD; Alternate Display label, PN: Q768; INH: 2 Year repair service Advantage, PN: H855; User Guide Manual CD, PN: H88; Test result print out, PN: H799; Project 25 9600 Baud Trunking, PN: Q361; Submersible 6FT 2 Hour, PN: H499. Qty: 7 ea. Offers will be evaluated based on lowest priced technically acceptable. Offerors shall provide the unit price for each Motorola XTS 5000 LMR with the options as specified above inclusive of shipping costs to be delivered FOB Destination to the South Dakota Air National Guard, 1201 West Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0264.
