Description

Justification & Approval Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 for Mule ESB Production application software. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government believes MuleSoft, Inc. is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirements. The Government is contracting for the above listed application software for an ongoing project from which MuleSoft, Inc. is the only known authorized seller. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. However, any firm that believes that it can meet the specifications above may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Responses to this notice must be submitted within 5 days after this posting. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Response to this synopsis is not required.
