- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ Contract for ski maintenance for one year and two option years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811490 with a small business size standard of $7.0M. This requirement is set aside for small business. The Contractor shall propose the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 Repair, refurbish and tune; commercial snow skis.QTY: 100-500 EST Description: Repairs include belt grinding, stone grinding, edge beveling, waxing and application of P-Tex material to the ski surface in accordance with the performance of work statement.
