Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commodities prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and FAR Subparts 13.303, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals/quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 575 Tuskegee Airman Blvd bldg 418, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to acquireTransformers, LED Taxiway Edge Lights, Heat Shrinkable lighting kits, Airfield Lighting Baseplates, and Braided ground straps in accordance with the brand name examples, or equal to specifications as detailed below. (or equal) Style L-830-16, rated watts 10/15, HZ 60, Prim Amps 6.6, Sec Amps 6.6, Eff. Min. at 20 degrees C. 625 EA $ $ 0002 LED elevated taxiway edge lights. LED color Yellow. Fixture height 14" OAH with 1.5" coupling, 12TPI. Current driven 60hz, without artic option. ADB/Siemen part # ETES-5110 (or equal) 30 EA $ $ 0003 Heat shrinkable airfield lighting kit. Expanded internal diameter 1.5", recovered internal diameter 0.375". Recovered wall thickness 0.12". Sleeve length is 16". Sealant length in tubing is 3". ADB/Siemen part # 71A0052 (or equal) 1400 EA $ $ 0004 Airfield lighting baseplate for taxiway lighting fixture. ADB/Siemen part# 1935 (or equal). Base plate individual packed with neoprene gasket, steel cable clamp and screws for securing L-823 connector. Dimensions of base plate, 12" diameter, bolt pattern 10.25", 6 7/16" diameter holes evenly spaced, thickness 0.109, base plate uses 1.5" diameter coupling. 595 EA $ $ 0005 Braided ground strap for use with grounded taxiway base plate. 72 inches length with +/- 3/4 inch for stretch. Has tin copper sleeve pin connection on one end and tin copper sleeve two hole ground lug on the other end. Lug end has two holes one inch on center. Holes are.437 inch in diameter. Conductor is tinned flat braid equal to number 6 AWG or greater. The solicitation reference number is F2A3E32250A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 335311 and the size standard is 500 employees.
