Description

Commercial Items Clauses November 2012 Winter Nursery in the southern hemisphere approximately Latitude: 43 degrees South, Longitude 172 degrees East, in the area of Irwell, New Zealand. Winter Nursery to advance generations of barley germplasm. 1. Must meet our planting and harvesting dates; 2. Must be located in a country that is conducive to seed import/export requirements; 3. Must have a proven track record of seed purity; 4. Must have proper climate to meet our planting target dates; 5. Must plant rows of barley, irrigate and maintain winter nursery, including application of herbicides, pesticides and fertilizer per specifications supplied by scientist at the time of award. Harvest and provide seed cleaning for winter nursery, LAX Clearance and handling fees, and shipping charges to USDA-ARS, 1691 S 2700 W, Aberdeen, ID 83210 USA.
