The Government anticipates awarding a contract purchase order to one vendor in accordance with regulatory guidance under FAR 6.302-1(c). The Government anticipates an award NLT 20 September 2012. A NOTICE OF JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION IS HEREBY APPLICABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.
