- W912ES-12-T-0210 SF1449 RFQ/Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes for purchase and delivery of blasting agent to use for the Lock and Dam #6 Dewatering Project in Trempealeau, WI. This purchase is for a 12-40 grit “black magic” blasting agent to be delivered to Lock and Dam #6 in Trempealeau, WI.. The blasting agent should meet all the specifications listed in the Scope of Work (SOW). Solicitation number W912ES-12-T-0210 is issued as a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for the purchase and delivery of the blasting agent for the Lock and Dam #6 Dewatering. Contractors must quote on all the blasting agent. F.O.B. Destination is required. The blasting agent should be delivered to Lock and Dam #6 on or about 4 JAN 2013. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 327910 with a size standard of 500 employees. Offeror must be registered in the new System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.acquisition.gov prior to award. This new website takes the place of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A determination by the Government not to award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. All quotes must be inclusive of all labor, materials, and freight. No additional costs will be enumerated after award.
