- GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Southern Regional Contracting Office, Brooke Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to Leica Microsystems to purchase annual maintenance for one Leica Confocal & Leica Advanced Fluorescents Microsope. Leica Microsystems is the manufacturer of this system and is the sole source provider of all components needed to service the system to include software needed for support. Award will be made on 22 Sep 2012. The NAICS code of this procurement is 811219 and the size standard is $19.0 M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
