- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-61. The NAICS code is 334220. The following commercial item is requested: CLIN 0001: Antenna for U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS), Guam, in accordance with attached specifications. TCI Antenna Model 570-1-03DM or equal. Quantity:1 Delivery to:CCP Tracy, CA The contract requirements for the requested item are outlined in Attachment 1 “ Statement of Work. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price related factors considered. Evaluation factors for award: (1) Technical capability of the Item Offered and (2) Price. Quotes shall include material description, catalog cuts or photos to be deemed technically acceptable. Quotes shall include freight cost and to place of delivery as described in the attached Statement of Work. Items should be shipped no later than 30 Days ARO, FOB: Destination.
