Description
PR 0040648521 RFP SPMA5-13-R-0002 NSN: 5996-00-955-6654, AMPLIFIER, ELECTRONIC CONTROL in support of the C-130, AIRCRAFT. This is designated as a Critical Application Item (CAI). Item is manufactured or assembled in accordance with part number 2503530 and is a Configuration Controlled item. Only offers for exact parts from source/s listed in the current Approved Manufacturing Parts List (AMPL) will be considered for this procurement as adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not legally available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Current AMPL approved source of supply is Honeywell International cage 58960, P/N 2503530. This is an unrestricted procurement, being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This item is coded as a non-commercial item. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price, fixed quantity contract for a quantity of 9 each. FOB Origin, Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO shipping 9 each pieces to SW3210, Hill AFB, UT 84056-5734. Quantity variance is Plus 0%, Minus 10%. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR subpart 32.5. Solicitation will be available for issue on October 3, 2012 and will close at 2:00pm EST on November 1, 2012. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
