- Sole Source Justification Description - The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (S1924), intends to solicit and contract with Testvonics Inc (CAGE 1A9E1) of Peterborough NH, on a sole-source basis for the items described below (see attached justification). No other product is acceptable. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient data, or the rights to same data, for the manufacture of these items. Any source capable of supplying these items may contact the person(s) below to be considered for award. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. (1) National Stock Number - 5998-01-515-9821 (2) Circuit Card Assembly, Enhanced A1 Printed Circuit Board, P/N TVCS-5101-1, (25 Ea) (3) Manufacturer - Testvonics Inc (CAGE 1A9E1) Award Procedures - The Government will solicit a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for commercial supplies with an estimated total under the simplified acquisition threshold. The anticipated award date is 19 Oct 2012
