- ***ATTENTION**** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO CCAM-ALL, DARRYL WRIGHT, CONTRACTING OFFICER, VIA e-mail: darryl.wright2.civ@mail.mil, or fax number 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Container Assembly, PRON: D12B0041D1, NSN: 8145-01-578-9891, PN: 13212999, Quantity: 25 each applicable to the Multiple Launch rocket System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Red River Army Depot, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article is 25 each, 195 delivery Days After Contract Award. This item is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE Code: 64059 because manufacture of this part requires use of master or coordinated tooling. Only one set of tooling exists and cannot be made available to another source for manufacture of this part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
