Description: This solicitation will result in the award of a three (3) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the quality assurance testing of construction materials for the Fort Crook Area Offices in Omaha, NE. The contract shall provide testing services of soils, aggregate, rip rap, asphalt, and concrete/masonry materials IAW the forthcoming Performance Work Statement. In addition to the materials testing, services are also needed for non-destructive weld tests and for testing of water and soils for contamination and testing for asbestos and lead-based paints.
