Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 3, James J. Peters VA Medical Center R&D Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Regents of the University of Michigan, Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes and Assessment Research, pursuant to FAR 6.302-3; for continuation of essential research and development services to add the Veteran spinal cord injury (SCI) population to existing spinal cord injury quality of life (SCI-QOL) assessment platform measurements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Monday, September 24, 2012, (8:00AM, EST). Interest/capability statements may be sent to Bailey Flask at bailey.flask@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
