Description

Simpified Sole Source and Brand Name for Chinalawinfo and LawInfoChina The EOP intends to award a sole source purchase order to East View Information Inc. for an online subscription to ChinaLawInfo and LawInfoChina. The period of performance is expected to be a 12 month base period, followed by four (4) 12 month option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capability statement. A determination to compete or not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
