Description

The William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital (VA), 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705 is soliciting quotations to provide Metal Adjustable Work Tables for the Sterile Processing Service. A complete solicitation document will be available on www.fbo.gov on or about September 23, 2012. No hard copy solicitation will be provided. Solicitation response date is September 25, 2012. It is the intent of VA to solicit quotes and award one contract on a competitive basis. This procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 in conjunction with FAR Part 13. This procurement is not subject to set aside procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337215.
