- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall Installation Contracting Office, on behalf of the Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall Executive Housing Management Directorate intends to award a 8a direct award firm fixed price contract in accordance with Far Subpart 19.8 (b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The JBM-HH DPW has a requirement to repair the chimney in quarters 12A &B and Quarters 15B. The Government intends to make an 8(a) direct award to Island Contracting Inc., 9138 Edmondson CT# 302, Greenbelt, MD 20770. The FSC Code is 5650 and the NAICS Code is 238190. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed- Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one hundred and twenty days (120) (80). The solicitation will not be posted.
