Description

Notice: Sole-Source Announcement The VA Cheyenne, Wyoming Healthcare System is seeking to enter into a firm fixed price, base and option year service plan with Verathon, Inc, Duns No. 130598584; FSS Schedule V797P-4669A, to provide preventive maintenance, repair service, and replacement, for the Verathon �BladderScan BVI 6100, and the BladderScan BVI 3000 �. Verathon Service Plan provides 24/7 repair or replacement of the �BladderScan Units �, providing annual total customer care certification service for each year the warranty is extended. Premium protection covers damage due to normal use, including accidental mishandling. The total cost to the government that includes base and two option years is $22,706.60. The equipment and software is proprietary, and a service plan is available only through Verathon. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by providing a capability statement and qualification which must contain specific information on supplying this type of service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements received within seven (7) days after the submission date of this synopsis shall be considered by the Government. Person of Contact (POC) is Steven R.
