Description

Justification and Approval with the Intent to award DocAve Products. This is a notice of intent to sole source DOCAve 5 software maintenance. This sole source is for the continuance of service on existing and usage of the DocAve Administration Suite. The type of service provided is for continuous maintenance support. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is available to maintain services. The period of performance of this sole source contract is 10/1/2012-09/30/2015. Per the attached Justification and Approval, Bids, proposals or capability statements for this work will not be accepted pursuant to the authority of 6.302-1.
