Description

Bill of Material Limited Source Justiifcation Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial off the shelf software prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and in the format in Subpart 12.60, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is: OPM32-12-T-0077 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This RFQ document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is: 443120 Computer and Software Stores, in Product/Service Code 7030 ADP Software. This procurement is unrestricted, allowing both large and small business to submit offers. A limited source justification is attached to this RFQ, as well as the entire Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and the pricing workbook.
