- Request for Quote Specifications This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number cc092420122, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools and supervision necessary to conduct services listed below. The following line items will be included in this request, please provide the unit price and total price for the line items when submitting the quote: LINE ITEM 0001 - 1 Ea, Blade server enclosure, no blades, M1000E, PowerEdge (223-3244). Line Item 0002- 1 Ea, Avocent Integrated KVM Analog Switch Module, PowerEdge M1000E Chassis (430-2628). Line Item 0003- 16 Ea, PowerEdge M710HD Blade Server (224-8967), No Documentation (310-1972). Line Item 0004- 16 Ea, No Operating System Media Kit (420-1908). Line Item 0005- 2 Ea, Single 10 GbE Pass-Through Module-k, I/O Bay 1, 3, or 5, M1000E (331-2498). These requirements shall meet compatibility/interoperability requirements and have the following capabilities: 1.) RFQ and Specification sheet is attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-44. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334111 and the Standard Size is 1,000 EMP. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. Please include Cage Code, DUNS number, and Federal Tax Identification Number with this quote. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and provides the best value to the Government. The evaluation process will be based on technically acceptable, lowest priced quote will be determined to represent the best value. Technical acceptability will be determined by an evaluation of the quoted requirements that meet the technical criteria that is contained in the solicited item description. The award will be based on the aggregate total..
