- SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z4532257A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-61 effective 13 September 2012; Defense DPN 20120906 effective 06 Sep 2012, and AFAC 2012-0330 effective 30 Mar 2012. This acquisition is Open Market; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325411 The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2833. Travis AFB has a requirement for Nitric Oxide. See Statement of work for details on requirement. Contract Not to Exceed 818 hours of inhalation time. Company to provide 4 different concentrations to DGMC and all additional requirements as listed in Statement of Work. Contractor must provide the below listed items or a statement of equivalency. 64693-002-02 size 88, 1963 liters @ STP of nitric oxide gas, 800ppm concentration 64693-001-02 size 88, 1963 liters @ STP of nitric oxide gas, 100 ppm concentration 64693-002-01 Size D, 353 liters @ STP of nitric oxide gas, 880ppm concentration 64693-001-01, size D, 353 liters @ STP of nitric oxide gas, 100ppm concentration. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in: 52.212-3 ALTERNATE FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
