- Notice of Intent - Sole Source Date Posted:09/25/2012 Closing Date: 09/28/2012 10 am Mountain Time The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO19 - Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, Grand Junction, Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61, September 13, 2012. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 811219 Other electronic and Precision Equipment Repair & Maintenance (medical) and the size standard is $7.0M The government has determined that Data Innovation Inc is the only source that can satisfy this agency requirement. The requirement is for preventative and corrective maintenance (24/7) for IM-EO Instrument Interface Connection, GSA-IM-E01, IM-B01 Instrument Manager TurnKey System, & Instrument Manager Core Software v8.08, for the VAMC - Cheyenne 2360 E Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82001. All responsible sources under government contract may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO19 - Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, Grand Junction, Colorado. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they have items that meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim. The information must explain the company's ability to overcome propriety information and their government contract number.
