- The Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is issuing this Request for Information for market research purposes in order to determine responsible, capable sources to perform the services as set forth in the corresponding draft Statements of Work for Actuarial Review. No formal quote/proposal is requested or will be accepted in response to this Request for Information. AQD anticipates that it will release a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract and associated Task Order 1; this Request for Information will provide AQD with possible sources.AQD is requesting the following information be submitted to the points of contact below prior to 12 PM ET, October 2, 2012. 1) Name of interested party, with associated DUNS and TIN. 2) Company's Small Business size standard for NAICS 524298. 3) If work would need to be subcontracted. If subcontracting would be required, provide an estimate of what percentage of the work would need to be subcontracted overall. For each anticipated subcontractor indicate which companies would be utilized, their size standard for NAICS 524298, and what percentage of work would they be performing. 4) A concise description (not to exceed 2 pages of 12 point font) of the interested vendor's capabilities and experience in performing this type of work. 5) The percentage likelihood (from 0-100%) that the offeror would submit a quote for any subsequent IDIQ/Task Order 1 if the solicitation is issued in the month of October or November 2012.
