PRON: AX2Q0444AX; NOUN: Indicator, Temperatu; NSN: 6620-01-585-7667; P/N: 101-00930-0H58D; minimum quantity 20; maximum 60 and PRON: AX2Q0445AX; NOUN: Cable Assembly, Spec; NSN: 5995-01-607-8923; P/N/: 175-00217; minimum quantity 10; maximum 30 each. Both PRONS are placed on a three year Firmed Fixed Price (FFP) basic + two 100% options type contract applicable to BX (OH-58D Army Helicopter Improvement Program) with deliveries to Tracey, CA. PRON: AX2Q0444AX. Required delivery is 20 each 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA) 20 each year until contract completion. PRON: AX2Q0445AX. Required delivery is 10 each 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA) 10 each year until contract completion. These requirements are restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (CAGE: 97499) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
