Description

RFP OPM26-12-R-0034 SF1449 This solicitation requests proposals to provide Learning Management System(LMS) Support services in multiple Required Service Areas (RSAs). This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program) using a competitive total 8(a) Set-Aside. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to multiple 8(a) small business concerns. The NAICS code is 541512 and the small business size standard is $25 Million.
