- NOTICE: Sources Sought SOLICITATION #: F2F3022236A001 POSTING DATE: 26 Sep 2012 RESPONSE DATE: 3 Oct 2013 NAICS Code: 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Size standard: $14.0M This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified businesses relative to the NAICS code 238210. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $14.0M. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this project were it to be solicited, the Government may use responses to this sources sought synopsis. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey and provide their contact information to determine market capabilities. Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential Small Business sources to provide repair and maintenance of the informational marquees. The marquees are two double-sided GalaxyPro 20mm RGB Outdoor LED Matrix Display 3700 Series. All wok shall be performed at Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The potential requirement will consist of the contractor providing: -Scheduled on-site labor to diagnose and/or replace failed electronic components -Costs of access to the display/equipment -Parts coverage which includes rapid exchange for available parts,repair/replacement of failed electronic parts or assemblies, shipping of parts to and from location -Technical support via telephone for after hours (normal hours are 0700 - 1700, Mon-Fri) -Access to service coordination center -Annual systems check to include filter replacement -Service response requests within sixteen (16) business hours This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal. Deadline for submission is 12:00 p.m. CST, 3 OCT 2012. Required Information: Any interested party who can offer all of the above should submit a written reply of not more than 2 pages, addressing each of the above items and defining how their organization is capable of fulfilling ALL of the minimum requirements listed above. Each submitted reply must have the contractor's CAGE, DUNS, and the location of their facility.
